| Kelley Maggs - SVP, Secretary and General Counsel |
| M. Kelley Maggs has been our Senior Vice
President, General Counsel and Secretary since 2001. He has
also been associated with affiliates of CDM Investor Group LLC
for the past twelve years. Prior to his involvement with
Pinnacle, Mr. Maggs held the same position with International
Home Foods Inc. from November 1996 to December 2000. From 1993
to 1996, Mr. Maggs was employed with Stella Foods, Inc. as
Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to that time, he was
engaged in the private practice of law in Virginia and New
York. |
