| In connection with the acquisition of Pinnacle, the Blackstone Group has assembled an experienced team of industry executives to serve on our Board of Directors. Chairman Roger Deromedi, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry globally, has held the positions of CEO of Kraft Foods Inc. and President and CEO of Kraft Foods International. Joseph Jimenez, who has more than 20 years of industry experience, has held positions as EVP, President and CEO of Heinz Europe and President and CEO of Heinz North America. Mr. Silcock, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, has held positions as Executive Vice President & CFO of Swift & Company, Executive Vice President & CFO of Cott Corporation and VP, Finance for the Bakery and Confectionery Division of Campbell Soup Company. Mr. Gamgort, who has over 20 years of industry experience, has held positions as North American President of Mars Incorporated, General Manager Kraft Foods Bakery Division and Vice President Corporate Strategy of Kraft Foods. |
