| In connection with the acquisition of
Pinnacle, the Blackstone Group has assembled an experienced
team of industry executives to serve on our Board of
Directors. Chairman Roger Deromedi, who has nearly 30 years of
experience in the food industry globally, has held the
positions of CEO of Kraft Foods Inc. and President and CEO of
Kraft Foods International. Joseph Jimenez, who has more than
20 years of industry experience, will also sit on the Board.
Mr. Jimenez's experience includes former positions as EVP,
President and CEO of Heinz Europe and President and CEO of
Heinz North America. |
