Pinnacle Foods offers a competitive compensation package, including a benefits program, which ranks highly among other leading employers and which we have designed to meet the needs of employees and their families as well as to attract and retain the top talent in the industry to ensure success and continued growth.

Pay
Your base pay will be determined by the salary grade level of the position as well as your experience, your contributions, the demand for your skills, and other factors. There is a stock option and a bonus program, which may be offered to you based on the grade level of your position.

Benefits
The benefits package represents a significant portion of your total compensation and includes tax advantages with many contributions paid by you on a pretax basis, reducing your taxable income.

Our package includes:

  • Medical: Our standard health care plan offers two preferred provider organization (PPO) options company-wide. Some locations also offer a health maintenance organization (HMO) option. You choose which plan is best for you and your family. If you opt out of medical coverage, you will receive an opt out credit.
  • Prescription Drugs: Prescription drug coverage is included with the medical plan coverage.
  • Dental: You have a choice of three dental options with different deductibles and coverage levels with an emphasis on prevention.
  • Vision: Vision coverage is available under the highest PPO medical option as well as the HMO plans (once again, the HMO plans are location specific). In addition, Pinnacle offers a voluntary vision program, which includes a $10 copay for annual exams, and $20 copay for standard lenses.
  • Company paid life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage
  • Optional life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment for yourself and your dependents to provide financial protection for you and your family
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • An Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • A health advocate service which provides help and support across a broad range of health care, elder care, and insurance related issues
  • A disease management program
  • A 401(k) savings plan with a company match
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s) which allow pretax earnings to be set aside for qualifying health care and/or dependent care expenses
  • Business travel accident insurance
  • Other voluntary benefits including GUL, whole life insurance, critical illness, and accident insurance

To ensure a healthy work/life balance, we offer:

  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Educational reimbursement
  • Leave of absence policies
